SHS graphic machines GmbH was founded in 1992 by the brothers Dirk and Thomas Heuchert, Ralf Streng and Jörg Slawik. A short time later, a plot of land was bought in the Henstedt-Ulzburg industrial area in order to build a separate hall with an office. In 2005, the purchase of the entire property, as well as its printing machines and finishing lines from the Brünnler printing company, made the move to Norderstedt into a larger hall of 2500 square meters and a larger office area. In the following year, the co-owners Ralf Streng and Jörg Slawik left to face new challenges. In 2008, the Thai paper and machine dealer C.A.S. and SHS Graphische Maschinen GmbH SHS-CAS Graphische Maschinen GmbH, which has been active in the used machine trade since. Due to growing challenges and the close cooperation between Ink4live GmbH and SHS-CAS graphic machines GmbH, Till Mertens and Lukasz Silezin took over the shares of C.A.S. at SHS-CAS Graphische Maschinen GmbH and since then have also been managing directors of SHS-CAS Graphische Maschinen GmbH.
At the end of 2018, Dirk and Thomas Heuchert withdrew from the company prematurely in order to pass it on to the younger generation. From January 2019, Mr. Heiko Wullf will be the new CEO together with Mr. Silezin and Mr. Mertens.
In 2014, the company SHS-CAS sold more than 414 printing units, 42 cutting machines, 14 folding machines and 58 other post- and prepress machines. We can proudly say that we are the largest used machinery dealer in Europe in terms of the number of machines sold.

Due to our more than 20 years of experience, we are also able to completely set up printing companies and of course also to buy them completely. We specialize in initially providing manufacturer-neutral advice. After this consultation, we deliver the desired machines for letterpress and offset printing. On request, we can also provide machines and other equipment required for the corresponding pre-press and further processing of the paper. All machines are second-hand products, but this does not mean that the machines bought from us are not of high quality. On the contrary. You will only receive products from well-known and leading manufacturers such as Heidelberger Druckmaschinen, MAN Roland, KBA. Every used printing machine is carefully checked by us before delivery to ensure that it is intact. If necessary, an overhaul is carried out in our in-house specialist workshop. We attach great importance to the fact that the used machines we purchase are free from signs of wear and tear or defects, which would result in restrictions in production or even the quality of the printed products created with them. Should there be a need or need for appropriate training of the operating personnel in your company, we can also provide you with experts who will be happy to help you.

Of course, we also supply you with products from well-known manufacturers such as Kolbus, Muller Martini and Stahl. We can also provide you with used and thoroughly checked cutting machines, if required. These are used cutting machines from manufacturers such as Polar or Perfecta.
